Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped Winesap apples
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. plain flour, sifted
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 scant tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Let sugar and apples set for 1 hour.
    Mix with other ingredients after 1 hour.
    Pour into a greased, paper-lined loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
