Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. shredded processed cheese
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Melt the butter.
    Blend in the flour; add the salt.
    Add the milk; stir smooth.
    Add the cheese; stir until cheese melts. Cool.
    Fold in the beaten egg yolk.
    Fold in the beaten egg white. Bake in ungreased casserole at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 1.
