Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 eggs, separated
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon (1 1/2 small lemons)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix
    sugar and flour thoroughly.
    Stir in the juice and rind of\tlemon and yolks of eggs.
    Add melted butter and milk. Add beaten egg whites with wire whip.
    Bake 45 minutes in slow oven, 325\u00b0, using 9-inch pie shell, \"raw.\"
