Hot Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
2 c. grated sharp cheese
6 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Pour in casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs with butter. Spread over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
