Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs or 4 medium eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and salt.
    Add milk and vanilla.
    Strain custard.
    Add coconut to custard mixture, pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
