Tomato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. canned tomatoes
    5 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. chopped black olives
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Melt 4 tablespoons margarine in skillet.
    Stir in crumbs and toast until brown.
    Set aside.
    Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in pan.
    Stir in onion.
    Brown until golden.
    Add tomatoes, tapioca and seasoning.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Butter casserole and put in layer of crumbs.
    Add tomato mixture, cheese and olives repeatedly.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
