Creamy Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    17 oz. can cream-style corn
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Combine the flour, sugar and salt.
    Set aside.
    In a heavy saucepan, melt butter or margarine over low heat.
    Add the mixture of dry ingredients, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
    Remove mixture from
    heat.
    Stir in corn.
    Beat eggs well.
    Gradually stir about one-fourth of hot mixture into beaten eggs.
    Add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
