Easy Cherry Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Allow cream cheese to soften for 1 hour.
    Combine with sugar, lemon juice, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
    Pour cream cheese mixture over wafer until liner is half full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool and spoon on cherry topping.
    Makes 24.
