Margaret'S Homemade Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. stew meat (beef)
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
    5 c. water
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 medium carrots, diced
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, diced
    1 can green beans (optional)
    1 can corn (optional)
    1 can peas (optional)
Preparation
    Season your meat with the salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Add water to a 1-quart pan.
    Add seasoned meat.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 hours.
    After 3 hours, add raw vegetables and bring to a boil until tender.
    Add green beans, corn, peas, etc., about 10 minutes before finished.
