Apple Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. apples
1 1/2 c. warm oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in a large tube pan or 2 loaf pans, 1 hour and 10 minutes, in a 325\u00b0 oven.
