Hopping John - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, heated
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. chopped ham
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute ham, onion and hot sauce in oil.
    Combine peas, ham mixture and rice; heat.
    Garnish with thin slices of ham and mustard greens.
    Serves 6 to 8.
