Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
3 or 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1 baked pie shell
1 small box peach Jell-O
Cool Whip topping
Preparation

Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and salt until clear, then add 1 box peach Jell-O while mixture is still hot.
Let cool and pour over sliced peaches in bottom of baked crust.
Top with Cool Whip.
