Chicken Broccoli Vegetable Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. cut-up broccoli
    1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Cook chicken until browned on both sides.
    Remove chicken.
    In same skillet stir in remaining margarine, broccoli, carrots and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is tender.
