Elaine'S Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
    Let rest about 5 minutes.
    Spread dough in pan.
    Add pizza and desired toppings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 2 small pizzas or you can use 1 large cookie sheet.
