Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salad oil and eggs together.
    Add flour, soda and salt; mix with first ingredients.
    Add vanilla, carrots and nuts. Bake 1 hour in greased pan.
    Makes 1 loaf.
