Crab Meat Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 lb. crab meat or imitation
salt to taste
Louisiana hot sauce
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. water or milk
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt 4 tablespoons margarine in a medium sized pan.
Saute onion, green onions and parsley until onions are clear.
Stir in garlic, crab meat, salt and hot sauce. Reduce heat to low.
In separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons margarine.
Add flour and stir until brown.
Slowly stir in liquid and stir until thickened.
Add half of the Cheddar cheese.
Stir until melted.
Pour into crab mixture.
Turn into small greased casserole dish and top with Mozzarella and remaining Cheddar cheese.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes until all the cheese is melted and browned around the edges.
