Baked Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
    (Use a small ice cream scoop if you have one.
    It's a timesaver and it makes meatballs of uniform size.)
    Place the meatballs in an ungreased jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inches).
    Bake 10 minutes or until done. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
