Easy Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
Preparation
-
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Beat egg until foamy and add milk.
Mix with flour mixture.
Drop by spoonfuls into broth.
Cover and steam for 15 minutes without lifting the lid.
