Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots (about 7)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
