Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cake flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine water, shortening and salt.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce to low heat and add flour.
    Beat until mixture forms a smooth, compact ball and cleans sides of pan.
    Remove from heat and beat in eggs thoroughly, one at a time.
    Beat mixture until smooth and velvety. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until golden brown and almost dry.
    Serve with whipped topping made from nonfat dry milk and flavored with vanilla.
