Shrimp - Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. precooked shrimp
    2 c. chilled cooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced ripe olives
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. diced green onion with some green tops
Preparation
    Garnish with tomato wedges.
