Logan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    3 c. white flour
    2 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    6 eggs
    1 1/4 c. nuts
    2 c. raisins
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. margarine
    1 c. oil
    1 c. soy grits
Preparation
    Mix together flours, oatmeal, brown sugar, honey, molasses and powdered milk.
    Add eggs and rest of ingredients, stirring well. Pour into 4 (9 x 9-inch) greased cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    The bread is extremely rich and one piece is enough per meal.
    It is an excellent winter camping bread as the high oil content prevents it from freezing like other breads.
