Asian Shrimp Delights - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and coarsely chopped
1/4 c. each: chopped scallions, chopped water chestnuts and wasabi-horseradish light mayonnaise (like GourMayo)
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (2.1 oz.) boxes mini phyllo dough shells
Preparation

In bowl, combine shrimp, scallions, water chestnuts, wasabi-horseradish mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
Spoon shrimp mixture into phyllo shells. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
Makes 15 servings.
