Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (2 lb.) bag frozen Southern style hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 bag shredded cheese
1 chopped onion or onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Microwave potatoes for about 5 minutes or until partially thawed. Mix 3/4 bag of cheese, soups, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes; mix and pour into a Pam-sprayed 13 x 9 Pyrex dish. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 1 hour. Uncover and add remaining shredded cheese. Continue baking until golden brown.
