Stir-Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. cabbage
Preparation

Combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and cayenne; mix well. Heat the oil over medium heat.
Add cabbage and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until cabbage is well coated with the oil.
Remove from the heat and stir the liquid mixture into the cabbage.
Serve hot or cold.
Serves 4.
