Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, scramble fried and drained
6 slices bread, crusts removed, cubed
1 1/2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
5 eggs
2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
-
Place bread in bottom of greased casserole.
Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese.
Combine other ingredients and beat well and pour over mixture in pan.
Refrigerate overnight and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
