7 Layer Jello - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box black cherry jello (clear)
1 box cherry jello (creamy)
1 box lime jello (clear)
1 box lemon jello (creamy)
1 box orange jello (clear)
1 box orange-pineapple jello (creamy)
1 box strawberry jello (clear)
5 c. sourdough bread cubes
3 c. milk
4 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
cream or milk (optional)
Preparation

Place bread cubes in lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
In large bowl, beat together the eggs, yolks, sugar, vanilla, orange peel and cinnamon.
Pour over bread cubes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes.
Serve with cream or milk, if desired.
Makes 8 servings.
