Beef Stir-Fry(Preparation Time: 15 Minutes; Cooking Time: 10 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef top round steak
    2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 bell peppers, cut in thin strips
    6 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Partially freeze steak; slice into thin slices across the grain.
    Marinate steak strips in teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon oil and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
    Heat remaining oil.
    Stir-fry peppers and onions for 3 minutes.
    Remove.
    Stir-fry beef (1/2 time for 2 to 3 minutes).
    Drain.
    Return all ingredients.
    Cook until hot.
    Serves 4.
