Crispy Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
1 onion
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut potatoes into four wedges; chop onion.
Spread both out in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Add oil, cheese and seasoning salt.
Mix together by hand until potatoes are thoroughly coated.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender on inside, crisp on outside.
Good dipped in sour cream.
