Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and cubed
8 oz. pkg. herb stuffing mix
1 c. chicken broth
2/3 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Melt margarine and combine with stuffing and broth.
Place half of this mixture in a 9-inch square pan and save the other half for the top.
Place chicken over stuffing.
Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
Top with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
