Country Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Yelton's best corn meal mix
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk or milk
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease muffin cups and heat for 2 to 3 minutes in oven.
    Combine all ingredients and fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake in hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Yields 12 muffins.
