Chicken A La King - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. chicken, cooked, boned and cubed
2 cooked potatoes, cut in quarters
3 cooked carrots, cut in thirds
1 c. cooked peas, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Melt margarine and stir in flour.
Add chicken broth and cook on low heat until thick.
Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
Pour in casserole.
Top with biscuits.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until biscuits are golden brown, about 12 minutes.
