Potatoes With Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. potatoes, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. peppers (green)
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes.
    Cover with foil and bake for 1/2 hour.
    Then put on cheese (can add Cheddar cheese also).
    Then bake, without foil, for 20 minutes.
    Then add peppers, pimento and parsley and heat for a few more minutes.
