Fritoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn chips
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced olives
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place 2 cups corn chips in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Brown meat with onion in skillet, stirring to keep meat crumbly.
    Add undrained beans and olives, water, salt and 3/4 cup cheese.
    Mix well and spread over chips in casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining chips and cheese over top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
