Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely cut rhubarb
Preparation

Put rhubarb in an unbaked pie shell.
Beat egg.
Add sugar, flour, cream, melted butter and vanilla.
Mix well and pour over rhubarb.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then turn oven down to 350\u00b0 for another 30 minutes.
