Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix beef, bread crumbs, pepper, egg, salt, soy sauce and milk together.
    Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Shape mixture into walnut size balls.
    Cook slow in skillet until done.
    Drain fat and remove meatballs.
    Blend flour and oil.
    Cook to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Should be smooth and bubbly.
    Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
