Spaghetti Sauce With Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
5 c. canned tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. pepper flakes
1/4 c. parsley flakes
Preparation
-
Mix together first 7 ingredients.
Shape into balls.
Brown in shortening.
Add rest of ingredients.
Simmer 2 hours.
Remove cover last hour.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.

8 servings.
