Sausage And Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 links sausage
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. chopped green peppers
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1/2 pkg. frozen green peas, cooked
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook sausages until browned; reserve sausage and pour off drippings except for 2 tablespoons.
    Add onions and green peppers and saute until onion is tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with sausages and bake for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
    Preparation time is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
