Jesus' Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. corn tortillas
    1 (28 oz.) can Las Palmas enchilada sauce (green or red, your choice)
    1 lb. Longhorn or Jack cheese, shredded
    1 can chopped black olives
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 brown onion, chopped
Preparation
