Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 (2 oz.) anchovy fillets
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 egg
    1 c. toasted croutons
    1 clove garlic, press or finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
    freshly cracked black pepper (garnish)
Preparation
    Wash and dry lettuce.
    Break into small pieces and set aside or chill until ready to use.
