Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    4 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugars until creamy.
    Add sweet potatoes, salt, milk and vanilla until smooth.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake an additional 50 minutes.
    Makes two 9-inch deep dish pies.
