Polish Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef (sirloin)
    1 lb. lean pork (tenderloin)
    dark molasses
    soy sauce
    celery, sliced
    2 onions
    mushrooms
    bean sprouts
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Cube meat and brown in stew pot.
    Add chopped celery (5 ribs) and chopped onions.
    Add enough water to cover 2 inches over contents.
    Cook slowly for 1 hour.
