Super Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 oz. Marshmallow Creme
1 tsp. butter
1 stick oleo
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts as desired
8 oz. can Carnation milk
1 large and 1 small Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

In mixer bowl, empty the jar of Marshmallow Creme, chocolate chips and oleo.
In heavy pan, bring to a boil the sugar, milk, salt and butter.
Stir almost constantly after it boils.
Let it boil for a full 8 minutes.
Then pour over the first mixture immediately.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Add nuts, if desired. Makes 5 pounds.
