Peaches In The Snow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1.3 oz.) envelopes Dream Whip topping
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 angel food cake
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. granulated sugar
    5 to 6 c. sliced peaches (fresh)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Peach Topping:
    Combine water, lemon juice, cornstarch and sugar.
    Mix well and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
    Pour over peaches and stir to coat.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
