Squash Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (16 oz.) squash
1 small onion, diced
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 egg
1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Drain all liquids from squash.
Beat in eggs.
Add salt, pepper onion and flour; stir.
Add more flour if needed.
Sprinkle board with flour.
Place squash mixture on board.
Roll out, cut and fry in skillet until brown, or, if desired, spray cookie sheet with oil.
Place biscuits on sheet.
Spray tops of biscuits.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
