Blueberry Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream
1 (No. 2) can blueberry pie mix
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Blend softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until light and fluffy.
Beat heavy cream (best in chilled bowl and beaters) until whipped.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon mixture into cooked pie shell.
Put in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
