African Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c margarine
    1/2 c flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp onion salt
    1 tbsp curry powder
    1/8 tsp ginger
    2 c milk
    1 c chicken stock
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    Cooked, diced chicken (3-4 breast halves)
Preparation
    Melt margarine over low heat. Add flour, salt, sugar, onion salt, curry powder and ginger. Stir in milk and chicken stock gradually. Add soup and chicken. Simmer until thickened. Serve over rice.
