Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
lump butter
1 lemon rind, grated
2 egg whites
Preparation

In heavy saucepan mix sugar and flour together and add hot water. Beat egg yolks and add to pan along with butter and lemon. Cook and stir constantly.
Beat egg whites and fold into lemon mixture.
Pour into a baked pie shell and chill until set.
