Barbecued Limas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Fry onions in butter.
    Add vinegar, sugar and flour.
    Mix well and add tomato juice and water.
    Cook limas 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add the sauce and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Fry ham cubes with onions, if desired.
