Creole Beef With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. tomatoes
1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Brown meat in oil and add the flour; blend.
Then make the sauce.
Add green peppers and rest of the seasonings to meat and add the water.
Cook slowly for 10 minutes.
Serve on cooked rice.
